Privacy and Data Protection Policy

ACCIONA INMOBILIARIA, S.L.U. (hereinafter referred to as ACCIONA INMOBILIARIA) informs users of the website http://www.acciona-inmobiliaria.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) of applicable legislation on personal data protection, user privacy, and personal data secrecy and security.

To this end, the necessary technical and organisational measures are taken to guarantee the security of the personal data contained therein and to avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, having regard to the state of the technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.

ACCIONA INMOBILIARIA informs users of the Website that their personal data may only be obtained for processing when they are appropriate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the scope and the specific, explicit and lawful purposes for which they are obtained. Said personal data shall be cancelled when they cease to be necessary or relevant for said purposes, or when the owner exercising its right of cancellation so requests.

The personal data provided shall be included in the files registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency under the ownership of ACCIONA INMOBILIARIA, S.L.U., with registered address at Avenida de Europa 18, 28108 Alcobendas (Madrid, Spain), the purpose of which is the management of the users of the Website, the management of the services offered via said Website and, where appropriate, the management, development and fostering of the relationship established between the Company and those who provide their personal data via the Website (customers, potential customers, and generally any person using the web feed to request any information whatsoever from the Company). In like manner, ACCIONA INMOBILIARIA shall process the data in order to manage queries forwarded by users via the Website and to send advertising and marketing information about the Company, its activities, products, services, offers, special promotions, newsletter subscription, as well as a variety of documentation by different means of marketing information, including electronic and/or MMS and SMS services. Should you not wish to receive the aforementioned information for the detailed purposes, including communications via electronic means and/or MMS and SMS, you can email us at lopd@acciona.es detailing your name, surname, date and signature, and attaching a photocopy of your national ID or other valid ID document, and expressing the specific processing that you are opposing.

We inform you that you may, at any time, exercise your right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the processing of your personal data by addressing a written communication to the Group's headquarters located at C/ Anabel Segura nº11, Edificio D, CN. Albatros, 28108 Alcobendas (Madrid, Spain) or by sending an email with a recognised digital signature to lopd@acciona.es. Said communication must include your name and surname, specific request, address for notice purposes, date, signature and a photocopy of your national ID or other valid ID document.

The user shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of any data provided to the Company.

Completing the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms provided on the Website is mandatory, hence failure to complete any of the aforementioned mandatory fields shall prevent the user from sending the forms.

The Company manages its server environment in an appropriate manner in strict compliance with the firewall infrastructure in place. The Company continuously employs up-to-date technologies to ensure that information confidentiality and privacy are not at risk.

Any changes made to the Privacy Policy and information management practices shall be reflected in a timely manner, and the Company may add, modify or delete said Privacy Policy whenever it so deems necessary.
