ACCIONA Inmobiliaria requires its suppliers to abide by the principles of the United Nations Global Compact and to comply with the Act on Equality.

ACCIONA Inmobiliaria applies control and monitoring mechanisms to the supply chain in all its real estate developments to ensure that the products being purchased by our customers meet the established requirements.

The company has thus implemented a procedure for supplier identification, classification and assessment, based on—among others—the following criteria: delivery objectives, quality, fulfilment of administrative obligations, regulatory compliance, sustainability standards, corporate social responsibility criteria and innovation.

To that effect, ACCIONA Inmobiliaria sets as an essential requirement for its national and international suppliers to be awarded a contract or to win an order that they adhere to the ten principles of the UN Global Compact. Also, a specific covenant in the agreements entered into with suppliers urges them to comply with the Act on Equality.

ACCIONA Inmobiliaria performs regular audits to the supply chain to ensure compliance with quality, objectives, deadlines and regulations.
