ACCIONA Inmobiliaria has introduced a management system that integrates the company's economic, technical, legal, environmental and social aspects, based on its processes and with a focus on continuous improvement and prevention of pollution.

Said management system has been audited by AENOR, according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 international standards, and the company has been certified in terms of quality management system and environmental management system.

The scope of the awarded certificates spans real estate development (design management, construction management and handover management), as well as property asset management.
